Live Waves

We occasionally offer Live Waves, with musician and dancer Bela Emerson improvising her live electric cello alongside our resident 5Rhythms teacher Paul’s rhythms and teachings to create a beautifully organic dance experience.

Paul and Bela have been collaborating in Brighton since 2023, producing Movement Playspace workshops and Live music 5Rhythms classes which have been very well received by participants.
